Crispy Egg Cheese toast



 Here's a recipe for crispy egg cheese toast :

Ingredients:

- 2 slices of bread

- 2 slices of ham

- 2 slices of cheese

- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

- 1 egg

- salt and pepper

- mozzarella cheese

- parsley


Instructions:

1. Lay a slice of bread on a flat surface.

2. Add a slice of cheese, two slices of ham and another slice of cheese.

3. Make a well in the center of the other slice of bread.

4. Place the slice of bread on top of the other slice.

5. Spread the mayonnaise on top of the bread.

6. Crack the egg into the well.

7. Season with salt and pepper.

8. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the sides of the egg.

9. Poke the yolk with a toothpick a few times.

10. Bake in a preheated oven at 355 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.

11. If the egg is still undercooked, bake at 293-320 degrees Fahrenheit until done.

12. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
